Frequently Asked Questions
At FCM Motor, we recommend following the regular maintenance schedule for your motorcycle. Depending on your riding conditions, maintenance should generally be performed every 1,500–2,500 km or at the intervals specified in your owner's manual. Regular servicing helps maintain optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your motorcycle. For our electric models, routine service inspections and battery checks are also highly recommended.
Engine oil is essential for keeping your motorcycle running smoothly. Under normal riding conditions, it is recommended to change the engine oil approximately every 2,000 km or at least once a year. More frequent oil changes may be required if the motorcycle is used under heavy or demanding conditions.
Correct tire pressure directly affects handling, braking performance, tire life, and fuel efficiency. The recommended tire pressure varies depending on the motorcycle model. Please refer to your owner's manual and check your tire pressure regularly.
Unusual brake noises may be caused by worn brake pads, dirt on the brake discs, or mechanical adjustments that require attention. For your safety, we recommend having your motorcycle inspected by an authorized FCM Motor service center as soon as possible.
If you plan to store your motorcycle for an extended period, check the battery condition, protect the fuel system, and keep the motorcycle in a dry, well-ventilated location. Maintaining the correct tire pressure and storing the motorcycle on its center stand, if available, is also recommended.
Yes. In Türkiye, both motorcycle riders and passengers are legally required to wear a certified safety helmet. For maximum protection, we also recommend wearing appropriate protective riding gear.

First, check the battery condition, fuel level, ignition switch, fuses, and safety systems. If the problem persists, we recommend taking your motorcycle to an authorized FCM Motor service center for inspection.
Regular maintenance, maintaining the correct tire pressure, avoiding sudden acceleration, and not operating the engine at unnecessarily high RPMs can significantly improve fuel efficiency.
To ensure the safety, reliability, and longevity of your motorcycle, always use engine oil that meets FCM Motor's recommended specifications and genuine replacement parts.
Low temperatures can temporarily reduce battery efficiency. During cold weather, especially in winter, the battery's performance may decrease, resulting in a shorter riding range on a single charge. This is a normal characteristic of lithium battery technology.
First, check the charger, power outlet, and battery condition. Batteries that have been left unused for long periods or completely discharged may experience charging issues. If the problem continues, please contact an authorized FCM Motor service center.
Charge your battery regularly and avoid leaving it completely discharged for extended periods. If the motorcycle will not be used for a while, store the battery at approximately 50–70% charge. To maximize battery life, avoid exposing it to extreme heat, excessive humidity, or freezing temperatures, and always use original charging equipment recommended by FCM Motor.
